Job Summary

A Business Account Manager at Toolden is the first point of contact for businesses looking for Power Tool and Fixing solutions. From Self-Employed Tradesmen to Enterprise Groups and Educational Facilities your role in supporting these businesses discover their needs and building a relationship with them throughout their purchase and after purchase journey is imperative to the success of an Account Manager.

Description

You will be working as part of a highly successful team, who will provide excellent support and demonstrate a collective approach to achieve sales targets. As a Business Account Manager you will need to be self-motivated and show initiative and desire for success within the company. As a large part of your job will involve telephone and email interaction with customers we expect an excellent telephone manner and strong literacy skills.

You will use internal software to develop leads from web visitors to our online store and be expected to make outgoing B2B calls from this database as well as prospecting new businesses with an introduction to Toolden and the service you can offer to other businesses as an Account Manager. You will also be a go-to contact point for all businesses with regards to technical support and knowledge, warranty advice and information about new products. You will manage key accounts and build strong relationships with these accounts to help improve the company’s reputation within the industry. Your ability to convert leads to sales is crucial to the role, confidence in delivering solutions you believe to be the right thing for the business will not only be apparent in your own target metrics but also in the reputation upheld within the tool industry in general.   • Creative production
  • Assist Senior Designer with the production of all brand marketing materials
  • Produce finished creatives and artwork for production and/or placement by ensuring that all creative material is provided in correct format for publication including file prepeatation and output, prepress and printing
  • Ensure that all creative materials is provided in correct format for publicaton within given timeframes and budgets
  • Provide quality control over concepts and projects to ensure brand consistency

  • Diverse portfolio with design experience
  • Strong working knowledge of graphics and design fundamentals

  • Video editing knowledge would be an advantage but not essential
  • Ability to manage a diverse workload

  • Develop overall layout and production design for applications including magazine, brochures, websites, reports and advertisements
  • Working closely and collaboratively with marketing teams to create and bring ideas to life
  • Creative responsive email templates
  • Knowledge of the latest design trends
  • Experience with UI/UX design
  • URL Portfolio to be considered

Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience working in a Graphic Design role
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Mailchimp
  • Knowledge of brochure production/print process
  • Font Management
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • The ability to work well in a team

Additional Information

  • This is a full time role working Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm with free car parking
